The International Institute of Management for Business Associations of the Russian Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with BJM Consulting Associates (USA) and Nongovernmental Educational Establishment "The Art of Business Life" has launch of a unique program of webinars: "THE ART OF MANAGEMENT FROM WORLD LEADERS: FIRST-HAND TECHNOLOGIES".

This program is ran by top managers of the world's largest corporations, such as Tiffany & Co, De Beers, Gucci Group, Dolce & Gabbana, Cartier and others, whose achievements in management are highly regarded in the world business community.

This program is not just a sharing experience lecture from well-known people but a special training product which our lecturers developed in collaboration with professionals from "The Art of Business Life" Establishment and BJM Consulting. Special attention was also paid to the opportunities which world best business practice can expose in the Russian market.

The program was started on December 4, 2012 with the webinar:

«FROM CORPORATE SECURITY LEADERS TO BUSINESS LEADERS. MODERN WORLD TECHNOLOGIES TO SECURE YOUR COMPANY».

This webinar was targeted on security professionals, risk managers, internal audit department professionals, and revision teams. The webinar speakers were:

- David MacGovan, vice-president at Tiffany & Co (USA). In his company Mr.MacGovan is responsible for the company security. He created a special security school and trained security professionals for Tiffany & Co in more than 20 countries.

- Michael Vyatkin, head of security service at the International corporation De Beers. Mr. Vyatkin is regarded as one of the ten best security heads in the USA.

The webinar agenda:

Theme 1 Security concept: American view (Mr. Michael Vyatkin - De Beers).
1.1. Tendencies in modern business. Change in the Security head role.
1.2. The «Criminal triangle» model.
1.3. The methodology of a security condition complex assessment in a company.

Theme 2 The range of tasks for the company head (owner) on security concept implementation (Mr. Michael Vyatkin - De Beers).
2.1. The Model of the organization function levels (N. Rushford, D. Coghlan).
2.2. Preventive measures to minimize security threats for the company at such levels as:
• Systemic (mission, strategy, purposes, tasks)
• Structural (distribution of duties and power, responsibility zones)
• Organizational policy (information flows)
2.3. Effective instruments in corporate culture to secure the company

Theme 3 Corporate culture and climate influence on security provision: Tiffany & Co example (Mr David MacGovan - Tiffany & Co).

Theme 4 Staff training as a tool for prevention and solving security problems of a company Based on the example of De Beers corporation and The Security School at Tiffany & Co. (Mr. Michael Vyatkin - De Beers, Mr David MacGovan - Tiffany & Co).
4.1. The content of training for various groups of the company staff (top and middle management, personnel of the company, security officers)
